As many of our products are handmade or carefully packaged, slight delays may occur during peak periods. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

- Asia & Middle East: 5–12 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of handmade products, minor variations in color, texture, or shape are not considered defects.

Customized or made-to-order items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
